Gift Buddy provides a platform for: - Creating and managing gift wishlists - Sharing wishlists with friends and family - Following other users and viewing their wishlists - Fulfilling gifts from others' wishlists - Managing your personal profile

- You must be at least 13 years old to use the service - You must provide accurate information during registration - You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account - You must not share your account credentials

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: - Use the service for any illegal purpose - Harass, abuse, or harm other users - Upload harmful or malicious content - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts - Use the service for commercial spam or fraud - Interfere with the proper functioning of the service

- You retain ownership of content you create (gift lists, profile information) - You grant us a license to display your content within the app - You are responsible for the accuracy of your content - We may remove content that violates these terms

Gift links in wishlists may direct to external websites. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.
